Red Bluff Reservoir, Orla Tx -Spoonplugging on a New Lake

In this video, I use my spoonplugging knowledge to locate fish on a lake in far West Texas (Orla, TX) called Red Bluff Reservoir. This lake extends across Tx/New Mexico state lines. The lake holds Largemouth Bass, Catfish, White bass, Sunshine Bass and Palmetto( Hybrids) and lots of carp. This lake is a deep, clear Flat Land 2 Reservoir which is and has a river channel running down the middle of it. The lake is at the lowest point in New Mexico at about 2820ft. When I fished this lake(late May), the carp were spawning and some white bass were mixed in eating the carp eggs. I caught several fish, (mostly carp) and a few whites and hooked a nice Hybrid, all on crank baits. The carp were so thick that I was bumping my #400 spoonplug crankbait across their backs as I trolled through!
