I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the Airhead Kwik-Connect. Its much bigger than it looks in the picture! The entire item measures 28" long, and the plastic "T" is at least as large as the palm of your hand.
The rope itself is very beefy and thick. It looks like it could tow a boat as a towstrap, not just a small inflatable! Its more like a small kids wrist in thickness.
Ive been using this tow rope for the past two years, and it works very well. The only issue Ive run into is installing it through some tow loops. The rope is so thick that you cant just slip it through them.
For a boat, its fine, but its taken some time and patience to get it through the tow hook loop on a PWC. Overall, this is exactly what I needed to attach to my wave runner.
It makes switching inflatables and ropes so much easier. I love that its always connected and just needs to be put in the storage compartment when not in use.
If youre looking for a sturdy, reliable tow rope for tubing, I highly recommend the Airhead Kwik-Connect. The beefy, thick rope and large plastic "T" make it a durable and trustworthy choice.
