🍁🚔🎥 Dirty Cops Out Here Giving Hugs - Yea It's Confusing To Me Too 🤣😆

Time after time, it continues to happen. Police can't help but engage with someone recording a police interaction. If you don't believe me try it for yourself.
Most interactions I don't say anything and just observe the stop. Somehow I always end up in and nonconsent game of Simon Says.
Toronto Police need training and education on this topic along with many others. This type of behavior is not acceptable. When an officer asks "can I help you" when they are already clearly busy with an investigation, it is another way of telling you to leave public property.
This video also may have taken the #1 prize for both bootlicking. As for officers hugging civilians....I will have to look into this 😆🤣

The attempted intimidation engagement expands the gap between the community and police.
The refusal to identify after engaging with the public is a breach of policy. Toronto police are required to provide a receipt of any and all interactions with the public when requested by a citizen
