COUNT III:
The Film Threat Jury, on behalf of the citizens of the Star Wars fandom, charges LUCASFILM/DISNEY with the offense of Negligent Handling and Management of the Star Wars Franchise. On or about the 30th day of October 2012, LUCASFILM/DISNEY did begin to negligently handle and manage the franchise by failing to create and implement a plan for the sequel trilogy. The failure to properly plan out the story for the sequel trilogy resulted in a final trilogy that provided fans with an unsatisfying conclusion to the "Skywalker" storyline. This, coupled with the hiring of hack activist writers, the de-canonization of the EU, and plagiarizing old plot points, caused the franchise to never attain the box office potential it could have.
