Chicken Steak with White Sauce recipe

Ingredients for chicken steak:
Chicken breast 2
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Paprika 1/2 stp
Garlic (chopped) 1 tsp
Dried thyme 1 tsp
Tabasco sauce 1 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp.

Ingredients for Sautéed Veggies:
French beans (blanched) 1/2 cup
Broccoli (blanched) 1/2 cup
Carrot (blanched) 1/2 cup
Tomatoes 1/2 cup
Potato wedges (blanched) 1/2 cup

Ingredients for White Sauce:
Milk 1 ½ cup
All-purpose flour 3 tbsp.
Butter 1/4 cup
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
Garlic (chopped) 1 tsp

Directions for Chicken Marination:
1. In a bowl add chicken, cut it from middle. Add salt, black pepper, thyme, paprika, garlic, tabasco sauce and marinate for 15-20 mins.
2. In a pan heat butter add place marinated chicken breast. Cook each side for 4-5 mins. Your Chicken Steak is ready.
Directions for Sautéed Veggies Preparation:
3. In a pan heat butter and add potato wedges. Cook until crispy.
4. Add French beans, broccoli, carrots, tomatoes and cook over high flame for 2-3 mins.
5. Your Sauteed veggies are ready.
Directions for White Sauce Preparation:
6. In the pan heat butter and add onion and cook for a minute. Add garlic and cook for few seconds.
1. Add flour and cook until fragrant.
2. Add milk gradually and cook stir continuously.
3. Now add salt, black pepper crushed oregano and cook until desired consistency has been reached. Your White Sauce is ready.
4. Serve it with chicken steak, sautéed veggies and enjoy.
