My answer to insult filled pro Paul Rant that Paul is not Anti-Torah

As promised in the video, here is my reply to Jeffrey, which you can reuse to rebut Paulinists of a similar background. Jeffrey agrees with us on YHWH's name, the Law, and most everything but Paul, defending Paul is not truly anti-Torah. So this is a response you can adopt to your situation:

Hi Jeffrey. I typically ignore comments that are merely insults, with no proof. But yours intrigues me. You and I agree on a lot, it appears, as I will prove below, and the difference is likely very small -- the meaning of Paul's name in Latin as the Least or the "smallest"

1. You say I worship the "god of Constantine." However, we have 8 videos to show Constantine is an evil fraud, pretend Christian. See the list at this url: https://airtable.com/shrYT3Xr2CfFVbxl5

2. You say I preach the gospel of Rome. Do you know how Catholics claim you are justified and saved? By baptism. Nothing else. (Research the Council of Trent.) No works. No obedience. How are you lost? Excommunication.

3. I do preach Jesus says when we "believers" sin we have only two choices: we can go to "heaven maimed" or "hell whole," without repentance. That is Mark 9:42-47. So are you saved by Jesus' terms? Or by Paul's terms? You must decide, for your eternity depends upon it.

4. I 100% agree with the following statement you provided: "We who are Israel worship Yahweh, the God of Abraham and Yeshua the son of God is our Messiah, Master and King." I do too.
5. You say "Nothing Paul taught is out of line with Torah or with the teachings of Yeshua when you actually understand the gospel of the kingdom."

So do you agree with Paul that the Law was "given by angels through a mediator" (Gal 3:19)?

And that those Galatians who sought to observe "days" (Sabbath) and "new moons" (Holidays) seek to be "in bondage again to the weak and beggarly elements" -- a term that is better translated as "celestial beings," explains Marvin Vincent. See Gal 4:8-10. See my discussion of Paul's anti-law and pro-law verses -- for one may not read one without the other - in this chapter of my book Jesus' Words Only: https://jesuswordsonly.github.io/books/jesuswordsonly/106-chapter-five-jwo.html

6. What about Eph 2:15 --

(15) "Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, [even] the law of commandments [contained] in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;"

7. What about Col. 2:14-17 --

(16) Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days: (17) Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ. (Colossians 2:14-17, ASV)

8. What about Romans 7:1 et seq.

Paul says he is addressing those who know the Law. Paul then teaches that the Jews under the Law are the same as if Israel were a wife of God. When Jesus died, the husband died. This then "releases" the bride (Jews) from the Law. (Rom. 7:2.) The Jews are now free to remarry another. In this instance, they can now join with the resurrected Jesus who no longer offers the Law to follow. The Law instead, Paul says, is a bond to the dead husband-God, applying Paul's analogy.

There is no doubt on Paul's meaning in Romans 7:2. The word translated as "releases" is from the Greek katarge. Paul uses the same Greek word in Romans 6:6. There he prays the body of sin "may be destroyed," and uses the word katarge to mean destroyed, abolished, etc.

Katarge means in Greek bring to nothing or do away with. It is the same word Paul uses in Ephesians 2:15 to say the Law was "abolished.

Thus, Paul clearly taught in Romans 7:2 again that the Law was abolished. He made this truth specific to Jews too.

9. Getting back to Galatians, you also have to explain away Gal 3::

(23) But before faith came, we were kept in ward under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed. (24) So that the law is become our tutor to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. (25) But now faith that is come, we are no longer under a tutor.

I look forward to being proven wrong and if that happens I would repent of all I taught. Are you equally open to that possibility? You must be willing to "do unto others as you would have them do unto you" - the Master taught. You cannot expect me to repent upon learning truth unless you are willing to repent on facing truth you cannot continue to ignore.

Blessings Doug

PS Jesus / Yahshua prophesied of a law negating figure who those in the kingdom of heaven would call "least" -- which in Latin is pauxillilus which is a double dimunitive. In Latin, which I am expert in, we abbreaviate this as paulus.
