Patient has an experience of going to a police station for an interview, after the interviewer said that another police office has a secondary case to see them about, he was lead to another room that had different things spread around the room, the police officer said that he has a whole day to convince him or fuck him over until he takes the implant. He told him to go fuck himself and told him he wont accept and tried to leave through the door, the door was closed. After an extended period of time he brought out papers about him getting the implant. He wrote a sad smily face where signature was suppose to be. Recalls walking out of police station to a white van and a nurse he remembers threw him into the van with the police. Drove to hospital, didnt go through check in, was immediately taken through a side door, white haired old doctor with facemask pre corona, remembers having surgery on arm where implant is, the guard stood at the door, remembers operational details like being injected with the sedatives for the pain on the arm, then given a pair of earphones and a battery and told to take them back to a police station. Left the hospital, guard followed him, ran from the interior doors to the hospital area and out the hospital official doors and he did not find him through the crowd at the hospital, he threw the battery into the trash. He had the earphones still in his backbag, and the backbag was left at a friends place by accident and asked about it the following day and the people he left the bag with never recall having the bag or the earphones and they have been asking what he was talkign about as they do not recall him having a backbag or the earphones at any time.

Patient is consistently lucid and passess hallucinatory and cognition tests, is distressed but calm, psych ward observation for reporting was immediate and lasted 3 days, no scans of arm or any type of exploration performed on arm ignoring patients requests and concerns.
