Welcome to another recording! This audio segment was recorded on 8/22/15 in
North L.A. In this segment Abraham chooses a hot seater with a question about
" the yo-yo effect. " Abraham goes on to explain the tug of war of thought is available, but that if we focus and if our desire is to feel good we will be more inclined to feel good. However the acknowledgment of that comes with airtime given to the wanted subject. If for example you watch scary movie for 90 mins. Those are 90 minutes are ripe for momentum what do you do next? Another scary movie ? Walk in the park ? Let's say you have time and you want watch another 90 minute scary movie, what happens is that momentum is picking up because now it's 180 minutes of your day dedicated to something that has your full attention because of the single minded focus, and because it is suspenseful. But what if you have been mediating, doing positive aspects, journaling and feeling good. You will not be inclined to watch the movie. Why? Because it's all about momentum, more of your airtime has been given to positive and that will make the decision. So "the yo-yo effect " can only really be a negative when you are not paying attention to how you feel. For further details on this recording and so much more, please visit www.abraham-hicks.com.
