YIN YOGA TO UNWIND | RELAX & RESET | 30 MINUTES

Welcome to this Wind Down Yin Yoga Practice.
This sequence is perfect for the end of a busy day when you feel tired, are low on energy or just want to unwind.

Each pose is held for just a few minutes at a time so there’s nothing difficult or intense, just beautifully gentle yin poses that will help you to slow down, listen in, rest and relax.

Before practicing this sequence I like to spend a few minutes creating the cosiest atmosphere possible to make it even more enjoyable. I’ll light plenty of candles to create a warm, soft glow and I’ll play some relaxing music.
I like to keep a blanket close by in case I get cold and I’ll wear my comfiest clothes.
Then all that’s left to do is turn off any distractions and roll out your mat.

A block, pillow, or cushion can be handy to use for a number of poses but is not a necessity. And a blanket close by for relaxation at the end of practice can be nice to keep you cosy and relaxed.
