Solar/radiation based lasing medium solar energy direct-to-electric collection system, can be installed in multi-layered gas-insulated windows, where the gas is replaced with the lasing medium gas mixture, and the solar panels are put on the window edges and the mirror surfaces are made reflective on the lasing medium solar panel light wavelength like infra-red. The lasing pump gain medium can be standard air, lasing at UV wavelengths. Suitable for direction radiation-to-electricity generation in nuclear plants, not needing a heat conversion step in between. Essentially a radiation frequency conversion device.
