#1 if feet/hands in pain, exercise anything, move any body parts you can
#2 No sugar drinks, Gatorade zero if must
#3 5-20 min after meals, do house work/exercise
#4 Less portions, more meals over the day, like 5,6 or 7 protein laden meals
