Nexigo Gen2 Gripcon & Case for the Nintendo Switch & Switch OLED

There are a ton of grips and case options for the Nintendo Switch and the Switch OLED, but what I just got from the team at Nexigo just may blow all of them away in terms of comfort and ease of adjustability. I'm talking about their new Gen2 Gripcon for the Nintendo Switch & Switch OLED.

I have admitted in the past that I am not a huge fan of the Nintendo Switch in handheld mode. I think it is slippery, the buttons on the Joy-Cons are too small, and I think the system is just too big for me to enjoy. I have tried a few grips, cases, and other solutions in an attempt to improve my handheld Switch experience, and the latest one to come across the bench is the NexiGo Gen 2 Gripcon. Designed to provide a better handheld experience, they sent me one for the purpose of review, so we did just that.

Looking at the Gripcon Gen 2, it's very similar to their previous models which I have tested in the past here:

This new version has updated features and is a whole lot easier to customize.

Just messing around with it for a few minutes I fell in love with how easy changing the backlight color and backlight modes are. One button allows you to toggle from one color to the next to the next with a single press. Double tap that same button and the colors go from solid to breathing!

In addition, changing the rumble intensity is super easy. On the back there are 2 buttons, one increases the rumble strength, and the other reduces it! So simple yet incredibly functional as well!!
