Making a Metal Saruman's Wizard Staff - Solid Aluminum!!!

In this video, I'll be making a metal Saruman's Wizard Staff headpiece. I'll be making this out of solid aluminum, using the lost foam casting method. I first need to make this out of foam. For that I am using a pattern someone made here: https://www.instructables.com/Saruman-Staff-From-Lord-of-the-Rings/
I modified the pattern to work for me. I shrunk the entire staff, but I also crunched the bottom part of the staff. I coated it with wall plaster I mixed with a little bit of water, and let it dry. Once dry I buried it in a metal container and filled it with sand. Then I melted down aluminum using the cast master elite GG5000 Propane furnace. Once the aluminum was molten I poured it into the sand mold.
