Selecting a Battle Rifle or DMR

My criteria and points of consideration for selecting a battle rifle or DMR (7.62 x 51mm NATO/.308 Winchester, 6.5 Creedmoor, etc.), and how each point factors into the overall decision.

*Regarding the points I made in the video regarding the SIG SPEAR: It has gone down a lot in price (though still more $1K more expensive than the HK MR762A1) and I misremembered the weight as the 16" .308 version is 9.2 lbs.
