It's a pretty popular brand, the blue star nutraceuticals, and this is her pill form creatine. Creatine is one of the most effective supplements that you can take in the gym, so it's actually pretty solid that you can take an easy pill form add compared to some of the powders out there. If you're looking for a very solid creatine, then this is one that you'll likely enjoy. I am a fan of creatine in pill form mad when it's not too expensive because it makes a lot easier to remember to take.
