Who Are the Elect? Leighton Flowers, 2 Timothy 2:1-10

Today, I look at a video by Dr. Leighton Flowers, who is explaining 2 Timothy 2:1-10. In his video, Dr. Flowers interprets the “elect” mentioned in verse 10 as the Jews and assumes that the term means the Jews in other passages as well. Does his definition hold up to scrutiny? Does in comport with what the Bible says?
