Fred is homeless and one positive person!!

Fred is a great man. He is the most positive person I know, especially after what he has been through in his life. Residing near my front door, Fred explains how the ambulance hit and ran him over one night in Sacramento, and how he ended up breaking his back. Fred shares a little about his life and his ealy passions and hurdles he overcame.
