Concrete tools of manifestation: sound, light and writting

Manifestation is not a technique we can learn, but the very nature of who we are. We are creative beings who constantly manifest their reality. We do it already. So, one possibility in our process of awakening is to manifest consciously.
Sound, light are writing are three ways through which our creative capacity flows and materializes in the visible world. Jarin explains the basics of these three tools and takes us into a small exercise to start practicing our capacity to bring our most beautiful dreams and heart vision into existence.
