Lavrov: the West is thinking about the adequacy of Kyiv

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said the United States and Britain are starting to wonder how adequate Kiev is in regards to claims that Russian President Vladimir Putin is the target.

“I have no doubt that the puppeteers who are sitting in Washington and London are beginning to wonder how adequate these people are,” the minister said.
