These cupcakes are easy to make, and they'll have your family and friends gobbling them up in no time! After watching this video, you'll have everything you need to make these delicious cupcakes!
1-Cup Of Self Rising Flour
Half of Medium Grated Carrot as much or as little as you like.
1- Stick of Melted Butter (or margarine)
3- Medium Beaten Eggs
1-Teaspoon of Vanilla Flavoring ( or any flavoring you like)
1-Teaspoon Lemon Flavoring (or any flavoring you like)
1/3 -Cup of Rasin Optional (0r currents, or cranberries)
Yellow food coloring Optional
Pink and Green Frosting, Red & Yellow Sugar Crystals, Multi-Color
Foil Wrapped Chocolates
Cook at 300f for 20-30 minutes remove from oven and let cool for 15-20 mins
decorate as you desire. Enjoy!!!
