Chicken Paratha Fry is a delicious and filling dish that is popular in Malaysia. Here is a simple recipe to make it at home:

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Water as needed
1 pound boneless chicken, cut into small pieces
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 green chili, chopped
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and oil. Gradually add water to form a smooth dough. Cover and set aside for 20 minutes.

In another mixing bowl, marinate the chicken with ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add onion and green chili and sauté until the onion turns translucent.

Add marinated chicken and cook until it's browned and cooked through. Remove from heat and mix in cilantro.

Divide the dough into 6 equal-sized balls. Roll out each ball into a thin circle.

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the parathas for 2-3 minutes on each side until slightly golden brown.

Place some chicken mixture onto one half of the paratha and fold the other half over the top to form a half-moon shape.

Heat the skillet over medium heat and cook the stuffed parathas for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.

Enjoy your delicious and flavorful Chicken Paratha Fry!
