Chag Shavuot Sameach!

As we celebrate the Christian "Pentecost" this weekend, it's important to remember its coincidence with the Jewish "Feast of Weeks" or "Shavuot", as described in Leviticus 23:15-16 and named in Deuteronomy 16:10.

The influx of families into Jerusalem at this exact same time was no accident when it came to God's plans for His Church. The harvest is ripe, and Peter is ready for work.
