Mysterious boom rattles SC; Homes shake

Authorities in South Carolina are currently investigating the cause of a puzzling boom that startled residents and caused homes to shake in multiple cities.

However, officials have stated that they do not believe the incident was caused by an earthquake, UPI reported.

Reports of a loud noise emerged on Tuesday morning around 8:40 a.m. from residents in the Lowcountry area of the state. One resident in Mount Pleasant managed to capture the sound on a doorbell camera.
