15 Min Upper Body Workout At Home (Chest, Shoulders, Arms & Abs)

This workout is intense & effective. There are only 6 exercises to do, but for 3 rounds. Each set is done for 45 seconds with 15 seconds of rest. This workout reminded me how you don't need a lot of equipment to get a fantastic workout done.

Gym equipment used: a weight plate of 25lbs, a pair of 22.5lbs dumbbells, & a pair of 10lbs dumbbells
