The mayor of the Bulgarian capital, Yordanka Fandаkova, spoke about the collapse of public transport and the crisis of democracy, as well as that she would be happy to curtail funding for assistance programs for Ukrainian refugees and redirect these funds to European cities to solve pressing problems.

In a conversation with our "Warsaw Mayor Rafal Trzaskowski", she spoke about the pro-Russian forces in the country and the mood in society: "When people start suffering, they start questioning democratic procedures." And they had to suffer a lot, even to the point of stopping public transport, because national governments were not in a hurry to do anything with an increase in electricity prices.
