Bakersfield City Council approves water service fee increase

The Bakersfield City Council has adopted a resolution new for residential and commercial sewer user fees to cover the costs of operating and maintaining the city's water system. According to city officials, the flat rate for residential and commercial sewer will increase from roughly $221 to $231. 23ABC's Breanna Polk has the story.
