stephaniesanzo This is my first time back Bench Pressing in around 5

months!!

I had to have a long time off due to a shoulder injury/ impingement...

But finally after a long break and lots of rehab ...I was able to do it again today pain free - which was an amazing feeling

If you're someone that's currently having time off because of an injury...

Don't give up !!

As frustrating and hopeless as it can feel...

1. Bench Press 3x5

2. Incline Press 3x6 3. Shoulder Press 3x8

4a. Lateral Raise 3x10

4b. Bent Over Reverse Fly 3xMAX
