I tried 4 ways for Overclocking
Neither of them is complete solution.
It depends from motherboard.
The most stable solution is (1) but you don;t get very low temps so you need some custom settings.
(4) Custom Settings can be the better solution but you must know what you are doing and after bios updates settings must be done again and test stability.
(2) and (3) are options with stability problems but if you have a very good motherboard this problem almost eliminated.
