This short clip of LBJ sounding like a madman is a great preface to the next two videos posted, both about Weather Modification. This is relevant to skepticism about human caused climate change because given how much the weather is being meddled with by geoengineering, it is impossible to compare current climate to historical climate in any scientific way without acknowledging that intentional meddling.
