Getting shot point blank in the face caught off Guard close to killing me

so I was in my apt. didn't know this guy was in my place and I was coming inside from the porch, shut the door and was moving one of my tower speakers back up to the porch door and as I turn around the gun was an inch away from my face an 💥 that low life no good shot my right in the face. now mind you I have never in my life given this guy any reason at all to want to harm me. and yet this unstable guy tried to kill me with a 22. caliber pellet rifle. tried its still in my face and is now causeing problems with my teeth and the day to day unbarable pain, money will be used to pay the medical bills please and thank you all so much.
