SUN Purple Blue BEAMS Double - (Manifesting) frequency - Why??

This has two light sources - see the blue dots
Also - what is causing the frequency shift and it is visible??

also i move the camera and can see beams at ground level in my reach again - you can see the beam when the sun is not in the camera lens -
