"You don't have to use a sauna in order to
get these benefits"
-simply make sure your core & shell heat up
~not too much and not too little
There are dry saunas; wet saunas, infrared,
hot tubs, hot rooms
-can move around wearing lots of clothing
-nothing special about any of these
-sauna is very convenient
Temp range between 80C to 100C [176F to 212F]

Could immerse self into hot tub or hot bath
up to neck...
-could wear hoodie, wool hat, or plastic suit
and go jogging
All of these can raise core and shell temp
-don't over heat!!

"Wet sauna, dry sauna...doesn't matter"
Infrared sauna:
-has some benefits for skin and other organs, but
"My assessment is that they do not get up to the 80C"
You want to get into the 80C range
