This is the EXACT diet I follow to get to 7% body fat

Join me as I show you the diet I have used to cut down to single digit body fat percentage. I have done this exact diet 4 times for body building shows, and I am doing it once again for my 5th!

Not only does this diet get me leaned out, it is so easy to implement into my daily life. As we all know, we can get pretty busy during the day. But you're never too busy for a pre-packaged protein shake. By saving my 'big meal' for dinner I am able to get the most out of my day. This diet plan is *ALMOST* like intermittent fasting, with the key difference being that I am maintaining protein synthesis around the clock by having quick and easy protein shakes during the early hours. As I get deeper into single digits for body fat percentage, I will eventually sub out the steak with a leaner cut of meat like chicken or white fish. Everything else stays mostly the same! I can maintain this diet all the way until the final weeks before a competition. For about two weeks I have to go a little crazy, so stick around because I'll be revealing all when the time is right!
