"Only the federal government would come up with a scheme like this. To take a harmless product, that is coming out of the smoke stacks, concentrate and put it under pressure until its lethal. Send it through a pipeline, through hundreds of people's land without their consent, only to stick it back underground and pay people, using borrowed government debt money to do it. You just can't make it up."
