Take care of yourself and your health⚕️

Factors that may increase a person’s risk of long-term oxidative stress include:
✨ obesity.
✨ diets high in fat, sugar, and processed foods
✨ exposure to radiation.
✨ smoking cigarettes 🚬 or other tobacco products.
✨ alcohol 🥃 consumption.
✨certain medications 💊
✨pollution 🏭
✨exposure to pesticides or industrial chemicals ☠️

In my videos I use a special meter called the Oxidation Reduction Potential) Meter; this meter tests if a liquid has the potential to reduce oxidation basically a fancy word for aging, anything with a high positive number even a +1 ages you and corrodes your body. Anything with - Negative number on the meter measures antioxidants. This slows down the aging process making you feel younger and at your best for longer.

Our fruits 🍌 and veggies 🥗 have live ⚡️ charge packed with anti-oxidants to help us slow down the aging process but nothing lights up your cells like the daily water 💦 you consume 🙌

Water 💦 is 70% of the human because it is such a good conductor for electricity ⚡️; which is required for the nervous system to send signals throughout the body and brain 🧠 making it possible for us to move, think and feel.

If you desire to combat these oxidative stressors in your life, drop a 💧in the comments and I’ll help you learn more. God Bless you 🙏🏽 and your family
