Turbine Collector Balloon (Helium)

Vawt vertical axis wind turbine solar/wind/water collector helium balloon, with an power/heat axle tether pipe down to the generator/storage, optional 4-point tether to the sides to keep the balloon in stable position, can use hot air lift from ground pipe to get the generator turbine balloon going up in the air/wind/solar or in the water/ocean/river, can optionally be used to collect trash/pollution by filtering water/air. Can be a thin metal film balloon to collect heat directly.
