Elite Bodies presents. The workout chronicles.
In this video the model Bri was doing various workouts.
As always warmup with a treadmill incline walk. Then Bri went into the push and pull sled on the Astro turf with weights.

Then Bri did lunges with and with out weights. Multiple sets was done and also no breaks.

Finished the workout with 12 minutes of stair master on level 3 to level 4.

Great workout and and great energy as usual.
