I just talk about how doing something you perceieve as difficult but also consistently can be overcome by doing the thing for a small but reasonable time for you, e.g reading 2-3 minutes a day instead of 20minutes a day if you rarely read books is alot more beneficial because your more likely to do the thing if theres less commitment but you NEED to do it everyday so it becomes a routine and because it seems so easy, naturally youll want to increase difficulty because its second naature by then.

I used this exact tip for doing meditation everyday by only doing it for 2-3 minutes but then I did it consistently and increase to 5-10 everyday because it was easy and already was a part of my routine.
