Hey there, Nomads fam! Ready for another round of intense training? Your favorite dynamic duo is back - and this time, we're taking on LEG DAY.

Join us as we take you through a beastly lower body workout that'll have your quads, hamstrings, calves, and glutes begging for mercy.

In this session, we're amping up the intensity with our favorite mix of leg presses, and more. We'll finish off with some posing practice as I'm 8 days out from my pro debut so this is the last leg day of prep.
