The Wagner private military company claims it's finally in full control of the city of Artyomovsk - also known as Bakhmut, and will hand it to Russia forces next week. Setting sights on the target - Russia's foreign minister claims the west is actively discussing the dismemberment of his country. The resumption of direct flights between Tbilisi and Moscow, sees turbulence in the Georgian parliament, and scuffles on the streets, as anger boils over at the decision.
