Retevis RA25 and Wouxun UV9PX GMRS and HAM in 4k UHD

I'm setting up the ideal emergency communications system for SHTF situations. I went with the Retevis RA25 to use as a mobile radio or as a base station. For a hand-held radio I went with the Wouxum UV9PX. I also have a few TIDRadio UV5R HTs as well. All these radios can be easily programmed to work on both GMRS and HAM (Amature Radio) frequencies. In an emergency situation it's legal for anyone to use either GMRS or HAM frequencies.
