Compensation for flight delays
Indemnification in accordance with the European Airline Passenger Rights Ordinance

Since 2004, a regulation which covers the entire European Union entitles passengers to financial compensation if a flight is unduly delayed.

If you arrive at your destination more than three hours late, you are automatically entitled to the compensation set by the European Union.

The application can be somewhat complicated for private citizens; it is therefore recommended that you find a reliable Partner to assist you – with UnionRight you can access your money quickly, without any complications.
