Perfect Broccoli Corn Stuffing Casserole Recipe

12oz package frozen chopped broccoli
1 14.25oz can cream style corn
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon onion, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups dry stuffing mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix broccoli, cream corn, egg, onion, salt, and pepper in bowl.
Melt butter in medium sauce pan.
Add dry stuffing to melted butter, mix well.
Divide stuffing in half.
Mix broccoli corn mixture into one half of the stuffing.
Pour into 1.5 quart casserole baking dish.
Sprinkle 2nd half of stuffing onto top of mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes.
