Tamara Ugolini is joined by James Kitchen, a lawyer with Liberty Coalition Canada, who is representing a medical lab technologist who worked for Canadian Blood Services — without any patient contact, alone in her office — but was refused a religious exemption from COVID vaccines and was ultimately denied employment insurance because she allegedly engaged in misconduct.
