THE SALSA TO END ALL SALSAS:
8 Roasted - roma tomatoes, 12oz can of La Costena Jalapenos (only the vinegar juice with carrots and onions +1 jalapeno), 1 medium white onion, 1/2 bunch of cilantro, 1 tsp salt, 1 cup water. Blend everything for 30 seconds on medium speed. Refrigerate 2 hours. Enjoy!
