I seen Steve talking about a single seed potato challenge as I came across a grocery store potato that sprout in the pantry. I put it in a 5 gallon grow bag and reused some potting soil and mixed it with some leaf mold to help put some nutrients back into the soil. I put 2-3 inches at the bottom of the grow bag, added the potato and covered with another 2 inches of soil. I watered it in well and placed next to the other grow bags.
