Of all the incidents, and crimes that have been happening in New York City. May 1st seems the most important for New York’s Governor, Congresswoman, and District Attorney is the incident in which a Marine Veteran 24-year-old Daniel Penny was involved, in which a homeless man named Jordan Neely 30 years old ended tragically in death. The question is; was accidental or did it is justifiably a good samaritan? A trial scheduled for July 2023 will determine the fate of the Marine Vet. Will it be justifiable homicide or 2nd Degree Manslaughter? On trial is not only the individual accused of manslaughter, but the City of New York plagued with high crimes in many categories – soft-on-crimes policies that have placed law-abiding citizens at risk of legal repercussion for defending a very important inalienable right: LIFE! Crime in New York City’s subway is unquestionably on trial here because the criminals are running the asylum and the casualties are piling up. I touch on the incident from a perspective opposite the protesting justice warriors, and the establishment government of the City and State.
