New Biden administration program aims to reduce homelessness by 25% in two years

The Biden administration announced a new initiative on Thursday that aims to fast-track efforts to house homeless people in some of the largest U.S. cities. The US Interagency Council on Homeless and its 19 federal member agencies will partner with governments in Chicago, Seattle, Dallas, Los Angeles, Phoenix, and the state of California to bring the ALL Inside program to fruition.
