House at the azure shore, House Flipper HGTV DLC reveal renovation. NO COMMENTARY.

After another long #renovation, I decided to move my office here and sell the previous home ( I made around $750.000 ), as the views speak for themselves.

This house was more expensive than the previous one, as it is located in front of the water and we know the prices of the houses go up if they are located waterfront.

After a lot of cleaning and lots of landscaping, decided to go more with a black gold industrial look. If you ask me it is worth it, ocean views and serenity.

I love renovations, I don't do them in real life, but I love watching renovation shows and this #house #flipper #HGTV DLC game fulfills me in that department.
