James Joyce Irish Bar Taipei blends Irish and Taiwanese culture

公館酒吧 Irish bars are famous worldwide and Tony Good from Taiwan Kitchen visits two branches of the James Joyce Irish bar chain. We met the founders's father who explains the traditions of Irish bars and drinking culture, a brief history on whisky including Irish, Scottish and Taiwanese whiskeys. Tony prepares a classic Irish stew and we hear music from the bars very own traditional Irish band.
